Call for Presenters at New England Rural Health Round Table Conference in MA, November 2015

The NEW ENGLAND RURAL HEALTH CONFERENCE promises to be the premiere interdisciplinary networking and educational event in the region focusing on rural healthcare. custodia iphone 8 plus rosa Together we will strengthen the connections among the PEOPLE who live and work in the rural PLACES in New England and explore the wealth of POSSIBILITIES that exist to improve access and healthcare quality through advocacy, education and collaboration. custodia apple silicone iphone 8 plus We are seeking presentations from rural clinicians, researchers and leaders about the PEOPLE, PLACES and POSSIBILIITES in our rural communities and healthcare landscape.

Our rural communities consist of over 2.8 million residents who require a healthcare environment that is responsive to individual and community based needs. anker custodia protettiva anti urto per iphone Throughout the region there are significant economic, environmental and political challenges that are often met by creative, efficient and effective healthcare delivery models. We are interested in learning and being inspired by YOUR successes in meeting the needs of PEOPLE in YOUR region.

Specifically, we are seeking proposals for 60 minute breakout sessions conducted by individuals or pairs of presenters. caricatore custodia iphone x Presenters are encouraged to design their sessions to promote dialogue among attendees. Our attendees will include healthcare providers (general health, oral health and behavioral health), public health experts, healthcare policy leaders and industry consultants. Presentations that help inform the audience about the needs of rural PEOPLE and the PLACES they are from as well as healthcare delivery models and other POSSIBILITIES that exist.

The Massachusetts State Office of Rural Health (SORH) was established in 1994 at the Department of Public Health. The SORH builds partnerships and assists with technical assistance and resources to address a variety of health needs and build better systems of organized care in rural Massachusetts communities. We work closely with a vast statewide network of providers, healthcare organizations, community groups, and local officials across the state. custodia iphone 6 juve We also serve as a focal point for addressing rural health needs within state government. The Massachusetts SORH is funded through a base grant from the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy at HRSA with considerable additional matching and in-kind funds from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
