- Facilitate information exchange with national and state representatives of government and private agencies to identify collaborative opportunities
- Provide conference planning and round table discussion support on topics of general interest
- Develop reports and briefing materials
- Investigate potential collaborative solutions such as multi-state purchasing
- Work with the University of Massachusetts Medical School and other NE Universities on partnering opportunities
- Assist states with development of RFP’s, and grant management
- Coordinate regional workshops, teleconferencing and web casting assistance
