RFP 2020-02: Evaluation of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services – Office of MaineCare Services 1115 Waiver Application: Substance Use Disorder Care Initiative

NESCSO is a private, non-profit organization whose sole mission is to support State Health and Human Service agencies. The NESCSO Board of Directors represent NESCSO’s Member State Health and Human Service Agencies of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and an Executive Vice-Chancellor of the University of Massachusetts Medical School. NESCSO provides its Member States with resources including support in accessing needed services, such as the evaluation of program interventions.

Through this RFP, NESCSO seeks to assist the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services (Department) Office of MaineCare Services (OMS), a NESCSO Member State, to contract with a vendor to:
  • Design an Evaluation Plan of the ME DHHS-OMS 1115 Waiver: the Substance Use Disorder Care Initiative; and upon CMS approval of the design,
  • Implement the Evaluation Plan.
